Run Model Trains

You are able to run on any number of our layouts, covering gauges; N, On30 HO, OO & O gauges. Era of train does not matter on club nights, so anything that is the correct gauge and power type (DC or DCC) can be run. Only when we take layouts to national exhibitions do we need to be strict with era of locomotives and rolling stock). Additionally we have On30, HO and OO layouts which are capable of DCC.

Building New Layouts

Aside from running and building model trains, we are a great club for socialising, whether that is in the club hut, out with a layout at an exhibition, or on a club outing to a preserve railway line or museum.
